This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.
My Students
This year will be my first year teaching in my own classroom. I am very excited to start this journey at a charter school in St. Paul. In my class I have 10 energetic and eager to learn preschoolers. I am excited to watch them grow and learn this school year. However as a first year teacher I have limited resources, and I am looking to ensure I can provide everything my students may need to succeed in the classroom throughout the year.
My Project
My students love to do art projects to help us learn. We have done so many awesome art projects this year we are starting to run low on some important supplies like construction paper and glue sticks.
We also practice our writing a lot with using dry erase markers.
However, our dry erase markers are starting to dry out and we are in need of some more. We love the fine tip because they are like writing with a pencil.
