This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

Welcome to my first year of Transitional Kindergarten! My students are bright, fun, and eager to learn. They love to play (shhh, don't tell them that they are actually learning!), dance, and be kind! They especially love finding out the newest theme of the month, and what kind of new materials they will get to use.

My Project

Welcome to the New Year! Now that the first part of the year has gone by, my students have grown so much. I can see where our students are struggling and thriving, and there is no better time to introduce new and exciting tools than with the new year.

To engage students even further, we need more hands-on activities like puzzles and games that will encourage learning for those who are struggling to learn their letters and numbers, but also those who need the extra challenge.

It is my hope that we can bring in the new with the new year!
