My Students

I have an awesome, intelligent class of wiggly students. I have 21 students in my second grade class who are eager and ready to learn each day. They come in prepared to be authors, readers, scientists, mathematicians and engineers.

My students come from various backgrounds and cultures, but all get along well and work hard each day.

They are full of life and excitement when they come to school. I want to give them the best opportunities to learn each day.

My Project

Coming back to school after a break can be a great time to start fresh. These classroom basic supplies - pencils, paper, glue and scissors - will be a wonderful gift to my students. Allowing them to start fresh with everything they need to create an effective classroom.

I plan to use these supplies to engage my students as they learn throughout 2019.

Supplies will be used to enhance language and math centers. We will also use them to create art and STEM projects that correlate with our language arts, science and social studies standards. These items will bring happy kids ready to work in January.
