My Project

I just finished a book reading contest with my reading intervention students. Across about 30 students, almost 300 books were read since winter break. All year long, I did not see students as motivated to read as I did in the last several weeks.

Not only did they enjoy the contest and increase their volume tremendously, they asked to do a round 2!

In September I was handed students who didn't identify as readers. Now, I have students who ask to break the policy of taking one book home because they want to take two or three.

Help me give my students access to brand new titles- many of which were requested by them.
