My students need floor cushions, balance balls, easel pads, and Bouncy Bands! I am a brand new teacher and I have been given hand-me-downs but I still need a lot more to make my classroom comfortable and functional.
I am heading into my first year of teaching at an amazing school with even better students. I want to excite and interest my students in their work by tapping into all different learning styles and incorporating hands on activities. I have not met my students for the upcoming year yet but all students deserve to be comfortable in their classroom. I wish to provide an environment that students feel at ease in so that they can focus on their learning.
My Project
I am a brand new teacher for this upcoming school year! I am going to be in a new portable which means no goodies or hand-me-downs left behind. My goal is to make my classroom inviting and comfortable so that students can focus on learning and enjoy doing so. These supplies are just the basic necessities for the classroom to make it functional. By keeping my classroom organized it will allow students to move around the room with ease and work where ever they choose to make themselves comfortable.
I hope to provide multiple seating options for students to get situated and comfortable so that they can learn in whatever position their brains work best!
