My students need Osmos to flourish and build on foundational Kindergarten knowledge. Because I am a brand new teacher, I am starting from scratch!

My students are dreamers, scientists, and artists. All they need are the tools to expand their minds and they will reach the distance. My goal is to prepare them for the 21st century world ahead of them. That means they must be provided with opportunities to develop their creativity, resourcefulness, and technological sophistication.
My scholars battle socioeconomic challenges and a serious lack of resources.
Moreover, most of the district is on free or reduced lunch. Nevertheless, while the roads may be bumpy, with strong academic opportunities, dedication, and support, these brilliant minds will prosper far beyond their current circumstances.
As a highly ambitious new Kindergarten teacher, I want to provide my scholars with every opportunity for enlightment in the world! As I have just finished college, my current budget does not allow me to buy certain items they require. Luckily, I have been able to create many of my materials this summer. Nevertheless, I want my students to truly have the best in order to flourish and succeed during this vital year. That is why I have requested 2 Osmos to attach to our ipads. Osmos are truly one of the coolest technologies I have seen in many years.
My current project incorporates three very important goals; building foundational STEM skills, technological sophistication, and encouraging engaging collaborative experientes.
During centers, students will embark on inquiry-based learning that fosters creativity and independence. The Osmo will be a fabulous technological tool throughout each content area that brings ideas to life!
