My Students

I am a Special Education Teacher with special needs students. We are a brand new class (no current supplies for the students) with students who primarily learn through hands on manipulatives, sensory reinforcers, and fidgets. These items help regulate their sensory processing and gain needed sensory input. The resources will help the students to absorb what they need to learn utilizing their unique learning styles. This will have s positive impact on students learning retention, level of focus and will improve students attention while learning. Thank you in advance for your donations. My Project

The materials will help the students in a huge way since we currently have no supplies whatsoever. The supplies will give students tactile, visual and hands on learning that align with their special needs. The materials provided will improve students focus on attention while learning addition and subtraction, science, colors, numbers, shapes, ABC’s and development of fine & motor skills. In addition, research has shown that sensory friendly special education classrooms have positive effects of increased academic and social growth. Studies have show that utilization of the 5 human senses when teaching greatly improves students educational outcomes. Thank you in advance for your humble donation.
