My students are an incredibly diverse group that come from every corner of my city in order to attend my school. They are incredibly inquisitive and driven. My students are never complacent and work incredibly hard on every task they are assigned. I want them to be able to excel in any opportunity that crosses their paths. My school has very high expectations for its students but often lacks the materials and facilities to give my students all that they desire.
My Project
As September is now but a distant memory of fresh supplies and clean classrooms, my students are in need of a few items to clean up our history workspaces, enrich our group projects, and help prevent the spread of sickness during cold and flu season. As we settle into the school year, we're finding ourselves lacking a few basic supplies for our students to work in a clean and healthy environment. These are supplies like tissues and cleaning wipes as well as items we use on a daily basis for group presentations such as markers and crayons and post-its to help our students with their text annotation.
Your donation will really help the day to day function of our classrooms and will help our students be proud of the space they're in and the important work they do.
