Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
Most of my students will not be able to buy school supplies this year. I want to be able to provide them exciting experience the other students will have with new school supplies. These new supplies for my students will be used in many learning activities.
My class consists of students with disabilities and English language learners.
They will be entering middle school for the first time. My students come from a very diverse population in an urban setting. We rich in various cultures from around the world!
My Project
When this project gets funded, it will make an incredible difference in my classroom! My students will have all the tools and supplies for learning, creating, and publishing for their brand new school year in middle school. I want them to have no worries about supplies in my classroom. I hope these tools that will be given to them will inspire them to work hard and enjoy doing it.
I'd really like to make their transition from elementary school to middle school very smooth.
This is the beginning of many changes. I feel the need to maintain their interest in learning is highly important. This will make the difference of my class enjoying their work as well as others. The broad impact will be maintaining the pathway to the future of our children.
