My students need a document camera so that all students can see what we are doing, no matter where they are in the classroom, and students can be engaged learners.

My Students

Our School is a brand new, beautiful school. We are so excited to open a new school and build a school and classroom community, but we really need technology in 5th Grade. I am looking to get an Elmo for my classroom.

We are a brand new school.

As of right now, there are 24 students in my 5th grade class. In our school, we will have some students from low income families and some students who are coming from wealthy families. We have a very diverse population at our school and are very excited to start this new school and build not only a classroom community, but a school community.

My Project

Have you ever been sitting in a class and don't know what is going on because you can't see what the teacher is doing? Having a document camera in my classroom will help students follow along while I am instructing.

The Elmo will help students see the paper or activity, or interactive journal activity that I am working on with them so that they can follow along.

The Elmo will allow me to work on the paper together as a class and if students fall behind, they can look at the board to get caught up. This is especially helpful for visual learners, like myself. The Elmo will help me have an engaged classroom and an environment that students look forward to learning in.

A Document Camera will bring endless possibilities to my classroom and help every type of learner be engaged and learn at their maximum potential.
