My Students
I have a room full of boys this year so keeping them engaged is very important! I love that my students are so kind this year. They care about one another and I think our community is great. I would like many of my students to be able to reach some of the goals that my higher kids have reached. I am requesting materials I believe will help my students learn and be engaged. This is also my first year teaching so I need some materials.
My Project
Because my room is new to me and my school isn’t the newest, I have several needs for my students. I believe that the materials I have included will not only help my students learn, but allow me to be a better teacher. I don’t have much storage and have made things with my own money to store things. The headphones are so helpful for students to stay focused. The easel is going to help me teach my students in small groups. We also don’t have a science program in our school so the science materials will help work out weekly science lessons.
