Help me give my students new shades of markers to create unique characters and animals in their published stories. My students need new markers so their illustrations "POP!"
Our residential school is known for its welcoming feel. It's like Olive Garden's "When you're here, you're family!" Each student takes pride in their school by fundraising and taking care of the building.
The students know it takes work to create a project and time to see results.
They have experience with fundraising to raise money for their Family Fun Night and other important activities. Our school recently received a brand new playground from Reading for Education. The students know to take care of the school and treat it with respect. Our school building is nearing 100 years old!
My Project
My class is creating a published book. Each student is able to choose an animal they would like to write about, and WOW! The creativity in this class is awesome! The markers will help each student add illustrations to the text and bring their writing to life!
With the materials (markers) they will be able to design full-length pages of illustrations to match the text in their published books.
The type of markers is preferred for the special kind of paper used in the publishing process. Donations made towards this project will help make each student a published author!
