Help me give my students new copies of Hidden Figures so I can share the inspirational story of these intelligent women with my students.

My school provides a structured nurturing environment that services students who are at-risk and do not have structure or nurturing home lives.
The school is designed to support students who struggle both academically and emotionally.
Students with behavioral, emotional and learning disabilities are offered ongoing assessment and interventions in a supportive environment. Student are placed here by the Committee on Special Education (CSE) or the local Department of Social Services.
Many students live on campus in our residential facility but other students get bused in from the inner city. I would love to be able to provide the kids with engaging books that focus on characters going through the same struggles the students face. I would love to be able to provide my hungry students with snacks so I know their basic needs are being met.
Sharing the story of Katherine Johnson, Dorothy Vaughen and Mary Jackson will promote engagement in my classroom. These influential women made history and their story should be shared with our young learners. These women are living examples that ambition and intelligence can break any barrier.
My students are faced with challenges that some of us cannot imagine facing.
Their lives are not always easy and literature can be an escape from life. My students need to hear stories such as the one Hidden Figures brings to light. This story will show them that any challenge can be overcome. This story highlights intelligence, drive, mathematics, science and hard-working women overcoming challenges.
