My Students
I am a kindergarten teacher in Raleigh, NC. I teach Kindergarten to 20 unique, exciting, and WONDERFUL students. The students are all on different social, emotional, and academic levels. These students are very eager to learn.
A classroom rug creates more space for students to discover, community build, play, and share.
A classroom rug also offers alternative seating arrangements for students who require varied learning environments. This new learning tool will help our students be responsible, respectful, kind, and positive!
My Project
Our students will be excited about a new classroom carpet! The classroom carpet is the main meeting place for student learning. We will be able to work together and have a special place for learning. This new carpet will improve our classroom community and will foster learning and creativity.
Having a classroom rug that will provide visual supports will make a huge difference in building our classroom community in an enjoyable learning environment.
The students in my classroom will have the opportunity to have an inviting and comfortable carpet. By having a classroom carpet, the students will have a chance to get out of their chairs and come together and learner in a flexible seating manner.
