My students need are new chairs for our group tables. The chairs have now are too big, too small, or broken.

My Students

I love teaching 2nd Grade! My student's are motivated each day when they walk in my classroom. I have 22 student's in my class. This year has been a big focus on AR Reading! We won the Most Books read during Reading Across America week. My class read over 900 books during that week. "The more you read the more you know."

I love for my class to work in groups.

My Project

My chairs now are too big or too small for my students. When I moved in my classroom it was a teachers lounge, so I had to just take what I could to use at that time. Some of my chairs are now broken on the backs. If we had all new chairs it would benefit my classroom tremendously! I want my student's to be comfortable throughout the school day. They work so hard and our transition from table to table during centers is a big part of our school day. The chairs I have selected are the perfect size for my Second Graders.
