Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
All different ethnicities make up our school and we are proud to be a strong community school.One hundred percent of our students in our school receive free breakfast and lunch. We have a mix of English Language Learners throughout the school.
The students take pride in their school and the teachers and staff who work there.
Our school does its best to support our students. We are a well crafted school that wants to ensure that students are receiving a well rounded education, as well as building relationships and everlasting characteristics that will shape who they are and prepare them for their future. These students need some tender love and care, and we are proud to provide that support.
My Project
Supplies are in constant demand in room 213. We refill our pencil bins every day. This year we have went through three pencil sharpeners. In order for my students to have a successful day, we need to begin with having the appropriate supplies. The students can't have enough crayons and colored pencils, as well as glue and tape.
These materials are highly important to help the students succeed in school.
This donation will go a long way. These resources will be used throughout every lesson and every activity. If one things is true, these students really put their materials to good use in our classroom.
