My Students

Teaching 2nd grade means having the best age of students, in my opinion! They are a group of students who love to learn new things and are constantly wanting to please their teacher.

My class is very sweet and very smart.

They understand what is expected of them in the classroom and at their school. They love to make art projects and socialize with their friends. Our classroom is a community and I teach them that we are also a family.

My Project

My students need two new Google Chromebooks to give them easy access to technology in the classroom.

We use Chromebooks every day for educational programs in reading and in math.

Accelerated Reading testing, and research on the internet are a few other things we use our Chromebooks for. Having a computer for each student helps them to be successful by finishing their lessons on time and being able to move on to the next lesson each day. It is vital that the students have that access every day so that they can be successful. If for some reason a computer dies - we will have a few extra as backups!
