Needing Cellos So All Can Play!

My Project

I am fortunate to have an orchestra program in one of the few schools districts in Oregon that still offer orchestra. However, I don't have enough 1/2 size or 3/4 size cellos for my physically smaller students, so even though they LOVE the sound of the cello, they play violin or viola instead. I want my students to be able to play the instrument that they love the sound of.

We are a school with a high percentage of poverty and families that cannot afford to rent an instrument and I believe that it is critical that all student who want to be allowed to participate, regardless of family ability to pay.

We provide our school instruments to families free of charge during the school year. Please help me put cellos into the hands of these great kids!
