This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.
My Students
This has been a very challenging time for my 19 Kindergarten students. Many are struggling with technology, internet, and just the daily life of being home all day. I do have an group of kids who are on daily for my live sessions and submit all assignments! The students and parents are making the best of this all and I couldn't ask for anything more!
I'm seeing my student's work so hard but also struggling and I can't help in the way I used to in the classroom!
This has definitely been a learning experience for myself and the students. I miss their smiles, hugs and laughs so much!
My Project
By having this easel I will be able to present the lessons better to them while doing live sessions. Currently I use a small 8x11 white board or a piece of paper which makes it very difficult. This easel will allow me to have more room to present the lesson like I would in the classroom.
This will be a lifesaver!
Not only will it help at home with presenting lessons but it will also help when I return to the classroom with my students! I will use it for small groups and centers! There are so many possibilities for this easel!
