My Students

My students are driven and eager to learn. They love using technology and we are a 1:1 school. My goal with this project is to fund some of the digital tools that are cost effective enough to ensure their understanding and learning.

Students can be disengaged easily.

With Nearpod, I will control the students' learning as well as their engagement. This tool is great and all teachers should try it. Breakout EDU will ensure learning and let the students have fun at the same time.

My Project

The students will be engaged at all times with Nearpod because it is a tool that the teacher controls and also builds at the same time. Students will participate in simulations, polls, quizzes, etc. throughout a Nearpod lesson. With the premium edition students will be given more options to learn. Breakout will engage and ensure learning for the students. I have used it at other schools and the students really get involved and use higher order thinking skills. This will help them to become better students and readers. Students actually look forward to activities that involve this kit and the wonderful thing is the kit is adjustable to any subject and topic.
