Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
All children have the ability to learn. The key to their success is to provide the tools that will motivate and inspire them to achieve. My students face challenges every day: learning a new language, having limited exposure to the world around them, and coming from low-income homes, to name a few.
My students are truly exceptional!
Teaching my children will be an accomplishment. Getting students excited about learning will be an achievement and the goal I will set in my classroom.
My Project
My students will have the opportunity to use the headphones at the computer center to research information on habitats. The storage tower will store materials used in the project. The dry erase lapboards will help the students take notes while researching their habitat. The hangers and the paperboard boxes will come in handy to display their reports on habitats. The students will print out their work on the copy paper using the toner cartridge in the printer. They will preserve their work by using the paper trimmer to cut pictures, the laminating pouches and laminating machine will preserve their reports and pictures. The hot glue gun and glue sticks will glue models and pictures onto their dioramas. The coffee and end table will display their final projects.
By providing the resources and necessary materials, the students' final projects will portray uniqueness and authenticity.
The students will be able to use art supplies along with technology to create their awesome masterpieces.
