Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

A multicultural environment provides a tremendous and positive socio-emotional foundation for our children. Adding bilingual books will create a connection with different cultures. Inviting parents to read books in the home language will develop children's skills in the surrounding world. Books like The Day of the Dead / El Dia de los Muertos, Respetar y cuidar las cosa (Respect and Take Care of Things), and Cool Cuts (Happy Hair ) can help develop acceptance among children.

We want to expose our students to access to different languages.

Also, adding props in the dramatic area, such as doctor and veterinarian kits, will enhance their friendly interactions and language development.
