Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students come from a variety of cultural and economic backgrounds. They are very energetic, enthusiastic, and curious. We are building a community around what we have in common and our shared experiences. They are eager to learn through hands-on experiences and working towards being independent and responsible learners!

They love being in our science area during the centers.

Unfortunately, we do not have enough materials in our science area for them to explore. I am asking for STEM toys that my students can use in this area. The Kinetic sand will be fantastic for our sensory table. I am also asking for some magnetic blocks so my students can use their imagination and build houses or robots. My students will really enjoy these new materials. By donating to my project you will not only be contributing to an immediate benefit of my students, but supporting a life-long passion for learning and discovery.
