Help me give my students the extra push they need to excel in math with the Math Activity Calendar, a Light-Up Countdown Timer, and Magnetic Write & Wipe Organization Charts.
This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.
My Students
I have 27 AMAZING students who are innovative thinkers, creative problem solvers, and inspired learners prepared to thrive! I love that my students come to school every day with a desire to learn and grow. They are from different economic backgrounds and diverse cultures. My students are special and unique because they fight every day to achieve their goals despite the obstacles they are going through.
My school helps students and their families, by providing uniforms, school supplies, and additional resources to help them get started.
A lot of our families are living below the poverty level and we want to help them as much as possible. My school is a great example of teamwork. My students are amazing, leaders, readers, creators, and important! They are the reason I am here!
My Project
A magnetic organization chart will get students’ attention to our learning goals, assignments, daily schedules, reminders and much more. A literacy chart will help organize independent literacy centers for each group so my kids can instantly see where they should be working. The comprehensive activity chart provides focused, daily practice with every letter of the alphabet…giving children the reinforcement they need to really master each one!
Math just makes my day!
The Calendar Math chart is a comprehensive program that makes it easy to provide daily math practice, from counting and number sense to place value, and problem-solving. In addition to a daily calendar, there are separate areas for reinforcing essential math skills right on the chart. These tools help me to organize my classroom while giving my students the extra support they need and deserve!
