This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
Friendship, trust, creativity, passion, teamwork, and responsibility are just a few of the benefits of being a member of a high school Instrumental Music Department. Students thrive by listening to, performing, and analyzing music to the highest degree possible. But how do we do so without the materials we need?
We are in need of mutes for band and jazz band!
The musicians' skills range from beginner to future music major. The program is struggling financially. It is very difficult to raise the funds to provide a meaningful experience. Your donation will allow further enrichment for the musicians for years to come.
My Project
These mutes will allow the students to perform great music in the classroom, at concerts, festivals, and tournaments! It will reach many students of diverse cultures and musical backgrounds. Please help us to take our brass section to the next level with these beautiful, well-crafted mutes! Most of our population of students don’t otherwise have access to mutes. Your contribution will help the students to reach their full potential and play music of great variety and excellence. You will make a huge difference in the lives of these students and help show them how a generous donation can shape their musical experience.
