Help me give my students a 1/2 size and 3/4 size cello to add to the flavor of our String Classes!

My students are fortunate to have a String Program at our school! I love the enthusiasm my students have for playing string instruments. I teach at a diverse school, with many students from different cultures. This year, all of my students are African American. What I love is their want and determination to learn something new by playing string instruments. They are very strong whitted, and determined to be the best at their craft! My students are from a low income urban setting and can really use your help purchasing cellos! Having cellos will add an Orchestral flavor to our String Classes.
Music education helps students focus and be disciplined. It also helps students with math and science. Please help my students learn more about Orchestral Music and performing in front of audiences. My students love playing strings, and it would be wonderful for our students and families to be exposed, and expose others in our community to Orchestral Music. I Right now, all of My students are playing violins. Some would like to try cello, but the costs with cellos are a larger financial burden for our families. Having cellos will help towards actually building a String Orchestra. I would also love to see how music helps my students to do better in math and core subjects in school. It is extremely exciting to see String students exceed expectations. It will be great to hear a Pace Academy String Ensemble, or quartets! This will also make our school community achieve excellence!
