My Students

Routine routine routine...this is what my kids thrive on. We need timers for this. I also believe that music encourages creative thinking, and I would like that to be encouraged for my students.

I have a classroom of 11 students who are wonderfully gifted in many different ways.

I believe that they would very much enjoy the music. They thrive on routine but also need to learn flexibility. I play music in my class and they always try to sing or dance along. Sometimes in life you just have to have music.

My Project

Right now we are in rainy season and so this means my kids can't go anywhere. I would like to have different indoor activities for the students. I would like music to be one of those activities due to the fact that my students don't get the exposure to music class.

My students would be able to do music once a day in order to have fun while indoors and also learn rhythm and beat to help with math.

The timers will help the students regulate their routine and the headphones will help my students that have sensory irregularities.
