RHS is a small community of 800 students and is unlike any other public school in the Meridian area. Our students are all enrolled in advanced classes and many complete the credits to obtain their Associate's degree through Idaho State University by the end of their Senior year.
The combined choir and instrumental programs have produced phenomenally talented young adults and leaders who strive to inspire countless audience members.
Our students at the school achieve incredible things, and our band and orchestra programs are truly no exception. Our music students are always enthusiastic, driven, and filled with positive energy.
My Project
My students are passionate about music; their positive attitudes and excellent performances have attracted others to want to participate in Band and Orchestra. Our instrumental ensemble classes have nearly doubled in size over the past two years, and with more students have come some serious growing pains!
We need more music stands to address the greater student need as we accommodate for having larger class sizes than ever before.
The students in my instrumental ensemble classes are incredibly hard-working and bright individuals. The community within our music program contributes positively towards student growth both academically and socially. Our band and orchestra programs give students the opportunity to express themselves as individuals while giving them the opportunity to be a part of something larger than themselves. Please help us to meet the needs of these awesome students!
