My Students

My students attend a school where music is offered to every student, 4 days a week. I have 120 band students, which creates an obvious need for our much-used material. We love our innovative music program, and we love that are leaders in this area!

Our school has students from all over our community.

They are a hard working group, and it is a free and public charter school, everyone is welcome! We have a creative bunch. We are a STEM school with an emphasis on reading and the arts added (hence STREAM). As director of the arts program at our school, we are very proud of the amount of music our students receive in California where the arts are often cut. Our students love music, and it grows with each year.

My Project

Hello all and thank you for checking out our new project! We are in dire need of a cart to help our band room be more organized. Because it is a music room, we have to clear the space every day for the kindergarteners through 4th grade to come and do music time on the open floor. To do that, we have to pack up all stands and chairs. The stands make it difficult to move and dance like we want to!

So if you are able to help support our music program, and all the kids at STREAM, this is a great way to get involved for ALL of our students!
