Kids today are not healthy and do not do enough physical fitness. I want to get the kids moving and use music to make this happen. I will use music to transition from activity to activity. I will use music to keep students motivated. I will use music in lessons not normally associated with music at all. My school use to be very suburban, but urban sprawl has invaded and our school population has exploded in the past three years. The materials needed for this is just a cd player with good speakers I really feel this would benefit the kids I teach and motivate them to move to become physically fit. Thank you for your time and love of education.
