This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

The students at Palomino are amazing musicians! We currently have 170 students who participate in our instrumental music programs! We are very fortunate to have many instruments for the students to use free of charge.

However, we are short in terms of accessories and maintenance for those instruments.

For example, we have some violins, violas, and cellos that can't be used because they are missing a bow and/or a string. Having these donations filled will free up so many of our instruments! Therefore, more students can participate in orchestra and band!
