Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

In 3rd grade multiplication and division are two of the biggest concepts covered in math because they are brand new to scholars! Not only are these concepts brand new but they are also foundational for students moving forward. Therefore it is imperative that students master these skills!

In the month of December students are working hard to master multiplication fact fluency for facts 0-12 in an attempt to earn a hot cocoa bar party!

Students have the opportunity to earn a styrofoam cup, hot cocoa, marshmallows, a candy cane, a cookie, and a special holiday mug. For each set of facts students will earn an item for their party.
