Multiple Math Madness

My students need 9 kinds of math games such as cards and dice to improve scores and teach them the every day use of math.

Math is used every day in every way. Please help my wonderful students understand that this is a true statement. With over 50% of our students receiving free lunch, I cannot afford to buy the "fun" items that can help teach math.

This year my students really seem interested in learning and I want to jumpstart their interest with exciting math games. Each Thursday I want to allow them to work in small groups at different math stations. They will use the games as their assessment for that week and work cooperatively.

The games that I have chosen will spark their interest, captivate their attention, and teach them in a way that I can't. Using these games will help me teach math in the "Real World."

Help us have celebrate math madness in the classroom with these great games. You will be helping the children of today become the leaders of tomorrow.
