Middle school is a time for students to develop their identities, both scholastically and socially. There are so many ways for students to explore and learn who they are. Through reading, collaborating with peers, and using technology, middle schoolers begin to learn who they are in the world.
My students are curious, innovative, and hardworking and above all else, they want to find inspiration.

My Project
The use of Chromebooks is a daily activity in my classroom. Sometimes, students will either forget to charge their Chromebooks overnight, or will use it enough throughout the day that it will die by 6th period. With the power strips and extension cords my students will be able to always give power to their Chromebooks at their table groups. With the trip guards, I will be able to make sure that my classroom is still safe. Also, with the new projector bulb, I will be able to continue to project on two screens so that my students can more easily view instruction.
With these new materials, my students will be able to maximize class time and engage in learning in a 21st century environment.
They will also be able to have a fully charged Chromebook throughout the entire day.
