Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Students

I need your help in advancing ahead, to make education more fun, and bring stamina, and daily routines, back into the students daily routines, after a long time apart due to COVID-19, I want to purchase resources and materials that will help me, help my students enjoy learning.

My Project

I am requesting technology materials, workbooks, and items related to best practices in math instruction, and supporting students in my distance learning classroom.

Math is a basic tool for a good life not just for students, but also for teachers.

I need help bringing this to life for my students through have the proper tech gear to keep learning engaging and fun.

These resources will help me to contribute focusing on students’ reasoning and problem solving potentials rather than only on basic skills. This will influence my distance classroom practices significantly and lead to improved student achievement by setting me up to focus on how students learn and boosting my instructional practices that are specifically related to math.

Acquiring these resources, such as these ipad, camera, for my classroom, serves to re-professionalize teaching. With these resources, I can work collaboratively with my peers to grow as a teacher and team to support all students, not just the ones inside my classroom. Students benefit in this process, and teachers, as well.
