I teach a lively group of 4th graders! They are a group with a wide range of interests, abilities, and needs. My school has a low performing status and large number of students coming from low income situations. I want to do everything in my power to equip them with the things they need to be successful people in this world! Technology and movement are a huge part of what I use each day to keep my students active, engaged, and learning. Thank you for considering my classroom!
My Project
Our students are blessed to have access to a wide range of computer programs and assessments that allow them to engage in the material and differentiate the work so that it's just what they need. Many of my students' families were unable to provide them with earbuds or headphones that would help them while working on the computer. These headphones will allow them to work without disturbing others.
I love being able to engage my students by allowing them to get out of their seats to learn!
The clipboards and dry erase items will allow me to take our learning on the go. Whether we are doing a scavenger hunt around the school or racing with math problems on the dry erase boards, these materials are sure to help my students learn and get involved!
