My Students
I work in an inclusion classroom. I have students of all diversities in my classroom. I usually have anywhere from 5to 7 inclusion students. These students need constant interaction with me and others. I have a teacher come in and work with the students constantly. My kids would love to have cushions to be able to read freely anywhere in the room as well as new marker boards to practice math facts or practice spelling words. The students love to builf as well.
My Project
These materials will help the students with writing quiz time and free reading time. The mats will offer the students an opportunity to sit on the floor and read anywhere in the room. The stem building blocks help the students during center time to broaden their thinking. All students love to build. The marker boards will help the students practice spelling, answering questions prompted by the teacher, also help the students quiz each other for spelling tests. These items will be greatly used in my classroom by all of my students. The boards they have now are old and do not erase good.
