My Students

This will be my first year teaching 4th grade literacy. I am very excited about the opportunity but have very limited resources.

In my classroom, I hope my students find their love of reading.

With funding, I can collect resources to support my teaching and ensure I'm teaching grade-level appropriate lessons, providing enriching opportunities through engaging read alouds, and learning new techniques to enhance comprehension.

My Project

With these resources, my students will be exposed to high-quality literature for reading aloud as well as opportunities to find text on their ability levels for further enjoyment. It's important for children to be exposed to all kinds of literature.

All kids deserve to enjoy a good book.

With limited resources and funding, it limits what I have available for my students.

This project will allow me to build a classroom library that will provide students with the opportunity to study multiple authors and experience multiple genres. They will be better prepared for assessments and state testing.
