This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students are some of the sweetest, resilient, and hardworking children around! Through the pandemic, many students stayed at home, without the available resources to keep them engaged and excited about reading. Being back in person, my students have worked to get back in the groove of the rigors of in person learning, by collaborating and supporting each other as learners.

Having an inviting area in the room, with new rugs and wobble cushions, as well as a new library full of books with engage my students' curiosities and reignite their love of reading!
