This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

This project will allow our students to have access to some of the most basic art supplies. We live in a low income area and have low funding for our classrooms. As prices rise, I have become unable to provide all of the needed items with my budget. With funding from donors, my students would be able to have the colored pencils, paint brushes and other art items to grow in their artistic vision beyond just a pencil and paper. These long use supplies would allow me to spend my budget on expendable items allowing for more fun!
