Help me give my students mp3 players to accelerate their reading development and access other curricular materials.

Our students and families make a choice to come to school with us. With over 90% students of color, they value the diversity of their school as well as how their education will build and enhance their community. They appreciate how we strive to promote their voices and opinions, their options for careers and professions, and their focus on degrees and lives of meaning and purpose. They have faced quite a few challenges, and they are up to the task!
However, the majority of our students enter below grade level in reading, so we have a variety of interventions designed to promote a lifelong love for reading along with a deep understanding for the kinds of educational access reading provides.
They have access to four classroom libraries to check out a wide range of fiction and non-fiction books, and all students take an additional reading / literacy class four times each week to improve their comprehension skills. These students are willing to work hard for their goals, and we want to help them even more. However, numerous students could benefit from increased access to digital texts.
Our students work hard to achieve great results, and many have to work twice as hard to make up for lost time. They quickly embrace a "growth mindset" for challenges, taking failures along with their successes as they set important goals for their growth.
However, numerous students face a range of challenges to their reading growth, and that's where mp3 players can really make a difference.
If they have the opportunity to check out audiobooks, or better yet, access their reading selections digitally throughout our curriculum, we know that they will make more significant gains not only in their reading levels, but also in their other classes that depend on comprehending a variety of texts.
We want our students to know that many problems have a range of solutions, and that when it comes to improving one's comprehension, one size doesn't fit all. The use of mp3 players in reading, ELA, and other classes could help struggling students unlock significant potential to grow and learn.
