My students need Wobble chairs that they can move around on. Requiring students with ADHD to sit at a desk for hours a day is very difficult for them. These seats will allow them to move!

My Students

My students are ages 11-14, and remain in my classroom all day. They work hard to be successful in the classroom, regardless of their disabilities. Many of them are constantly seeking ways to improve their performance in school. I let them stand while working, but that isn't always enough. My students require many fidget activities to remain on task. They have tried a variety of seats, but they haven't tried the Wobble seats yet. They're excited to try them out!

My Project

Flexible seating allows students to take charge of their learning and make the choices that work best for them. It is very difficult for students with ADHD to sustain attention and sit in school. These seats will allow them to move while they learn! By middle school my students have tried a variety of techniques and manipulatives to be more successful in the classroom.

As a teacher I am constantly looking for new ideas and items that will help my students reach their goals.

The moment I saw these wobble seats I knew they would be helpful for my students!
