Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My students are curious, kind and active. They are constantly needing to move around. They enjoy being with each other and working together. I find great joy in watching their minds go and listening to their ideas.
Being active motivates my students.
The more we can move around, they happier we are and the better we perform. They light up when I allow them extra recess, or our activity includes movement. They are full of energy an the energy needs somewhere to go.
My students need to have their voices heard. They have great ideas that they love to share!
My Project
My students need the chance to help them focus. I plan to incorporate flexible seating in my classroom. This will help my students sit where they can be most successful! The Qball will allow their voices to be heard. Using these tools together will allow for more engagement in the classroom.

These tools will do that in my classroom. It will transform their learning environment by allowing them to make choices that will enable them to learn the best. It will make them feel valuable that their voice and what they have to say truly matters.
