My Project

Movement is an important part of life. Especially during these post pandemic era, getting in more movement will translate into a healthier lifestyle.

My goal is to ensure that my students learn the importance of moving their bodies as this is a key to ensuring lifelong health.

My idea is to start a project with my students where every day, they wear an iWatch for the entire school day where we can track their movement and physical activity.

Together, we'll create a chart for the class and compare how many steps they took daily and explore how that affects their physical well-being. We will incorporate addition physical activities into our daily routine and compare which activities are most beneficial for our bodies.
