Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My students are so important to me. They are great kids who have to deal with a lot of things in their lives. They deal with things in their family and in the neighborhood that even the adults should not have to go through in their lives. Most of the students are from high poverty homes, and many are from single-parent homes.
I would love some extra Physical Education Equipment for the primary students to help build their motor skills.
I like to build their motor skills as much as possible before they begin sports. The students are always so appreciative, and I hope they are able to experience things they will never forget. The kids are always excited to try new things, but their favorite sport will always turn back to soccer. Soccer serves as an important outlet for our students.
My Project
I picked some great equipment that will help my students build their sports and motor skills. The Skillastic Game I picked out is great and helps students because it gives them a visual aid on how to complete the certain skills. It is also great because it helps my special education students participate in games without trouble. The visual aids help them figure it out. Also, I have a lot of games for the plug game which helps Preschool with learning their colors and teamwork. The last thing I want is a book that includes lessons that will help me teach motor skill development.
All three of these things will be a great addition to my equipment for my primary students and special education students, and with your help, it will be ready for the next school year.
I am always excited for them to get new equipment. Please if you can find any amount out of your budget to help my students it would be greatly appreciated.
