My Students

Our students love physical education. At our school, they enjoy a variety of traditional and non-traditional activities.

With the right motivation, the students are high achieving and they are eager to learn what it takes to be healthy and fit for a lifetime!

The students are flexible learners and each enjoys a different way of being motivated. We have a variety of athletic abilities at our school that range from the highly competitive to recreational movers. There is no doubt, that all our students appreciate it when life's physical challenges become easier.

My Project

A gym timer is a great way to help the students track and organize their fitness. It will provide them with instant feedback and give them the information they need to pace themselves during workouts, games, and activities.

Start a timer and the students will work harder.

Not only is a timer helpful for keeping track of work output, but it is also a natural motivator.

This timer will be used to set up a variety of workouts - indoor runs, stretch intervals, and strength stations or circuits. The options are endless with this extra large, customizable, gym timer.

I can't wait to get the kids moving.
