This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students have had a fantastic time during their writing center. The primary journals make it easy for them to work on their penmanship. They are truly excited when they get the opportunity to express their creativity through wiritng. I have seen a tremendous improvement in each student's writing and I attribute it to the fact that they have stamps, stencils, gel crayons to use. These materials help enhance their writing skills and makes each journal feel particularly special. We are running out of pages and supplies to continue making our writing fun.
