My Students

We live in rural Maine with limited resources and a high level of poverty. The students in our school need to be supported to succeed academically and find how they best learn. I teach junior high level mathematics in a small school. My students enjoy the flexibility of learning in small group environments and with teachers who look after not only their academic needs, but their needs as a whole. The more we encourage our students to succeed academically, the more they will thrive throughout their lives.

My Project

We have a DJI Spark drone that we were able to get through generous donations on donor's choose. We would like to have an extra battery as one battery lasts bout 16 minutes.

This battery, charger, and replacement propellors and guards will help us to take pictures longer.

Drone batteries only last a small period of time, this one is 16 minutes. With a spare battery we can be working for 32 minutes on a photography project. The extra battery requires an external charger as well. The extra propellors and guards are so we can keep the drone in tip top shape as we are working.
