My Students

We are a first grade class in Kannapolis, NC. Our school is a title 1 school. My scholars don't always have what they need for optional success, but are super eager to achieve.

My scholars would greatly benefit from additional technology in our classroom, since not all the students have access to a computer at home and are only able to obtain the benefit of our computer software when at school, when it is available.

My scholars are always eager to utilize the computer software, but due to the limited supply of student computers they are not always able to.

My Project

With the additional computers in our class, I will be able to add a second computer center for my scholars. My scholars will be able to access the computer software on a regular basis.

With the additional computers, scholars will be able to work on the ELA and Math computer software programs our school has purchased.

These programs have been proven to be beneficial in increasing reading and math scores.

The additional technology is truly needed. My scholars would be so grateful for the opportunity to use the additional technology. Please help in making this possible, by selecting my project, which would greatly benefit my scholars!
