My Students

Our students come from a variety of different economic backgrounds with over 80% of our school qualifying to receive free lunch and supported with Title I resources.

The students in our class are very eager to learn, have a passion for reading, and love learning through the use of technology.

Our classroom is a place where students come to feel safe, supported in their education, and are loved. We feel strong as teachers to create an environment where students can thrive with their learning. Most of the students in our class are with us for 3 years and we feel very fortunate for that!

My Project

Increasing the technology that is available in our classroom will allow more students the use of daily technology without having to rotate students on a weekly basis. This would allow us to expand our lessons in math, reading, writing, and content. We live in a digital age. This technology will help our students grow as independent learner and thinkers and gain confidence in their technology skills that will be used in later grades and in future careers. These additional two Chromebooks will help to improve our instruction and allow students to be independent learners. We are excited to see what is to come!
